Colorado vs Washington Odds: Line, Spread, Over/Under

Fresh off an impressive comeback win against Oregon, the 13-6 Colorado Buffaloes take on the 9-8 Washington Huskies tonight at 9:00 PM MST. WynnBET has the Buffaloes as 2.5-point favorites and -145 on the moneyline (bet $14.50 to win $10) while the over-under is set at 135.

As Colorado looks to prove they’re a force to be reckoned with in the Pac-12, where does value lie for bettors in this matchup?

Colorado vs Washington Prediction

Colorado has been impressive as a favorite, winning nine in a row and covering the spread in three straight, including earlier this month when the Buffaloes beat Washington by 14. After their win against an Oregon team that beat the Huskies by 28 just four days ago, I love the value we’re getting on Colorado tonight.

They boast the 49th-best adjusted defensive efficiency, per Bart Torvik, behind the 21st-ranked defensive rebounding rate and 58th-best 2-point defense. Washington, on the other hand, is dreadful on offense, ranking 326th nationally in effective field goal percentage. The Huskies should struggle to shoot and won’t get second-chance opportunities due to Colorado’s rebounding advantage.

On the other end of the floor, I expect a lot of whistles. The Buffaloes rank 21st in offensive free-throw rate while Washington is 246th in defensive free-throw rate. Washington’s defense tries to create turnovers, but that style can lend itself to more fouls.

My only concern here is if Colorado has a let-down game after such a big win, but they haven’t won in Seattle since 2015 so I expect them to remain focused as they try to leap the Huskies in the Pac-12 Conference standings.

Washington only has one home win this season against a team that ranks KenPom.com’s top 100, and I don’t think a second is coming tonight. Give me Colorado -2.5 as my best bet as the Buffaloes improve to 4-1 against the spread on the road this year.

Make your pick now on WynnBET.
