It is always a fun time this time of year when you’ve made it to the post season. Colorado Basketball is back at the forefront in the NCAA Women’s Tournament, and everybody knew they were getting there prior to Selection Sunday. Head coach JR Payne always had faith these girls would get there with togetherness, hard work, and playing consistent good basketball.

Mya Hollingshed came back for this reason. To help give her team and her coaches, the fans, and everybody who has looked up to her this gift. Witnessing all these girls dreams come true on the big stage is something that makes sports so beautiful to watch. Which will inspire next years team coming in to continue the success. Carry that torch, and never look back.

After securing the No. 7 seed in the NCAA Tournament here was the talk of Twitter about finally punching in their ticket to the Big Dance:

This is what happens when hard work pays off at it’s highest. The Buffs are still coming in as one of the hottest Pac-12 teams to finish the season. They are rested, they are healthier, and they are ready to make a splash in the tournament. For the first time since 2013 Colorado basketball is back and set to take on the No. 10 Creighton Blue Jays on Friday, March 18th at 1:30 PM on ESPN News.
