The top 2 stars of the Colorado football program, Shedeur Sanders, the son of Deion Sanders, and Travis Hunter, a two-way threat who graded out as the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2022 class nationally, are worth over a combined $4 million according to On3’s NIL Valuation.

“The on-field performances (of Sanders and Hunter) resulted in major NIL returns,” On3’s Peter Nakos wrote. “Shedeur Sanders saw his On3 NIL Valuation jump up $2.5 million to $3.5 million. It is now the highest-ranked valuation in college football, edging out Texas quarterback Arch Manning at $2.9 million. The quarterback has more than 1.5 million followers on social media.

“College football has not seen a two-way player like Hunter in recent memory. His social media accounts took off with his breakout game, adding more than 75,000 followers this weekend. He now has 1.5 million followers and a $1.8 million On3 NIL Valuation, which is a $362,000 increase from last week. The valuation is No. 4 in college football.”

Colorado football is the most exciting product in college football right now

Even though Georgia is gunning for its third straight College Football Playoff National Championship, Colorado is the hottest brand in the sport. And even though Alabama could be in one of Nick Saban’s final seasons and is making a last stand as a dynasty, Colorado is the hottest brand in the sport. And despite all of the realignment in the sport set to rock the foundations of every Power Five conference in 2024, Colorado is the primary talking point across college football media right now.

CU has never been as relevant as it is right now under Deion Sanders, and better yet, two teammates have never done better for themselves in the NIL era than Sanders and Hunter right now. 1990 is the only height that’s higher than where Colorado football is at this very moment.

You can thank Coach Prime for that. And to do so, if you aren’t already, you better start believing.
