2016: Oklahoma State 38 Colorado 8

Even with the loss, the Buffaloes finished the year 10-4. It was only the second 10-win season since the turn of the century. Mike MacIntyre went on to win just 10 games across the next two seasons and was fired.

2020: Texas 55 Colorado 23

In the pandemic-shortened season, Karl Dorrell was able to take the Buffaloes to a bowl game after Mel Tucker departed for Michigan State after just one 5-7 season.
