Summer camp season is officially back in Boulder.

Colorado released its 2026 football camp schedule, giving high school players, youth athletes and Buffaloes fans several opportunities to get around the program during a busy month of June under Coach Prime.

The summer slate begins with Colorado’s Elite Camp on June 4, open to current high school players in grades 9 through 12. The Buffs will also host Youth Camps on June 9 and 10 before turning attention to the Women’s Clinic on June 11, an event built around interaction with Colorado’s coaching staff and football program.

June 17 shapes up as one of the biggest camp days of the offseason. Colorado plans to host its 7 on 7 Team Camp, Buffalo Elite 5v5 Lineman Camp and Specialists Camp all on the same day, bringing quarterbacks, skill players, linemen, kickers, punters and long snappers to Boulder for a full day around the Buffs program.

These camps have become a major part of Colorado’s offseason presence under Coach Prime. Beyond the football side, they create another chance for recruits, families and fans to spend time around the program and see the atmosphere Deion Sanders and his staff continue building in Boulder.

The recruiting energy around Colorado already feels different entering this offseason. Sanders appears more engaged around the day to day operation of the program and Colorado has made a more noticeable effort to strengthen ties with in-state recruits and high school programs.

Summer camps naturally become part of that process. Once the specialty camps conclude, it's essential time for the Buffs to begin their training camp. Coach Prime and select student-athletes will also appear in early July at Big 12 Media Days in Frisco, Texas.

For prospects, the June camps offer a chance to compete in front of Colorado’s staff while getting a firsthand look at the culture around the program. For Colorado, it is another opportunity to keep building momentum heading into the 2026 season.
