Deion Sanders’ former Texas mega mansion just hit the market for a cool $5.5 million. It’s got nine bedrooms, an indoor hoop court stamped with his signature "You Gotta Believe" motto, a theater, bowling lanes, and a private dock. It’s 29,220 square feet of Prime Time flair in Prosper, Texas.

But here's the kicker—this place is also literally sharing a fence line with a Kroger grocery store. While it sits on nearly six acres, it’s now nestled awkwardly in a suburban shopping hub. Now, some fans think it’s overpriced, outdated, and just doesn’t vibe with its surroundings anymore.

To be fair, the house does need some TLC. The listing straight-up calls for a "stunning restoration." So while it’s got plenty of luxury, whoever buys it better be ready to spend more than just the list price to make it shine again.

Guess this means the Sanders' time in Texas is officially over, as this news just confirms that Deion isn’t going anywhere. He just signed a $54 million extension to keep building at Colorado. Still, it’s wild to think this was the same place where the Sanders crew just recently celebrated Shedeur’s NFL draft moment.

But Coach Prime has made it clear: Boulder is home now—and Prime Time is all in on the Buffs.
