Deion Sanders, yet again, made it clear that he plans on staying with Colorado football for the foreseeable future. Actually, Sanders took it a step further, claiming he wants to retire in Boulder and have his name in the Rocky Mountains.

"I love where I am, I'm happy where I am. I can't wait to see what the future beholds where I am,” Sanders said on The Pac Man Jones Show, per On SI. "I have every intention, every plan in the world to be coaching for the Colorado Buffs from here on. I want to finish here. I want to put the flag...I want to put my name on the mountains out there, I want to put my flag down in Colorado."

Coach Prime has said that he'll be with CU five to 10 years from now as his sons are in the midst, or perhaps at the tail end, of their NFL careers.

"Most people ask me, 'What you gonna do when they're out, you're going to the pros together?' I said, 'A real father leads his sons, he doesn't follow them,'" Sanders said on the All the Smoke podcast. "So I'm good, I'll be here. I ain't going nowhere, I'm straight, I love Boulder, Colorado, and I cannot wait till they go into the NFL and do their thing."

"The kids will be in the pros, and I'll be here."

After coaching Travis Hunter to a Heisman Trophy in his second season in charge, Coach Prime likely just secured a spot coaching Colorado for as long as he wants. If he wants another five years, it's his. Should he want another decade? It's his.

Win a championship and his face will be in the Rockies. Win multiple and his bust will be in the college football HOF in Atlanta.
