The NFL Draft is still about a month away, but Joel Klatt continues to make some great points with his mock drafts. And once again, he has Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders heading to the New York Giants.

Klatt, a former Buffs quarterback himself, continues to double down on his belief that Sanders is a fit in the Big Apple. In his latest mock, he has the Giants taking Sanders, and now the Titans landing their next franchise quarterback in Cam Ward. With the Daniel Jones debacle finally over, New York appears eager to reset at the position, and Sanders has all the tools to be the guy.

I'm disappointed that Joel no longer believes Shedeur is the top QB in this draft class. However, the Giants seem to be a great fit. So I agree here. For one, they have a solid group of young playmakers in Malik Nabers and Wan’Dale Robinson. Second, head coach Brian Daboll has a history of developing quarterbacks, having helped Josh Allen turn into a star in Buffalo. If New York can bolster its offensive line, Sanders could thrive in Daboll’s system.

As draft season heats up, expect more speculation about where Sanders will land (really hope he doesn't go to Cleveland). But for now, Klatt continues to see the Colorado star heading to the Big Apple.
