Colorado's 37-20 win over Wyoming came at a cost. The Buffs suffered several injuries, none more impactful than star left tackle Jordan Seaton.
Seaton played the first half but was seen limping to the locker room with the team at halftime with an apparent ankle injury. Seaton didn't join the team on the field to begin the second half, and shortly after that emerged from the locker room in street clothes to indicate his night was done:

Seaton is one of Colorado's most important players and one of the top offensive linemen in the country. The former 5-star recruit was a day one starter in Boulder and has been a mainstay up front the last two seasons. Losing him for any extended period of time would be devastating for the Buffaloes moving forward.
Fortunately, according to Deion Sanders, that's not expected to be the case.
Jordan Seaton is "cool" according to Coach Prime
In his post-game press conference, Deion Sanders addressed all the injuries Colorado suffered during the 17-point win over Wyoming, most importantly Seaton. He called Seaton "cool" and doesn't expect him to miss time moving forward.
Along with Seaton, Colorado also saw OG Zy Crisler and RBs Dekalon Taylor and Simeon Price leave the game with injuries. None of the injuries are expected to be long-term issues:

Colorado will need to be as close to full strength as it can get with the meat of the Big 12 schedule beginning next week. The non-conference action is over, and the eight remaining games on the schedule are all against conference foes. If Colorado wants to get to a bowl game, it can do no worse than a 4-4 mark the rest of the way.
Colorado will host BYU next week in a game it really needs to win before a brutal three-game stretch of at TCU, vs. Iowa State, and at Utah on the other side of its first bye week. The next four games will likely tell the tale of whether the Buffs can reach the six wins needed to be bowl eligible.
A 2-2 mark in those four will put Colorado in good position. Lose three - or God forbid all four - and the Buffs will be teetering toward a disaster of a season.
They'll need Seaton in his place at left tackle in order to be best positioned for success.
