Shedeur Sanders is being questioned about whether or not he's committed to his dad's Colorado football team.

In an article by Mike Farrell of Mike Farrell Sports, the Godfather of recruiting refers to Sanders' commitment while describing NFL star Aaron Rodgers of the New York Jets. Rodgers is entering his 20th season in the league and it's impressive for Prime Time's son to be in the same conversation as him.

“It won’t go well in Colorado even if that seems like a blip and it won’t go well in New York either,” Farrell prefaced before saying, “Other players are going to question their level of commitment if the marquee superstar isn’t committed himself.”

Farrell discusses how both quarterbacks missed their team's gatherings due to off-the-field events leading to wondering if they're truly locked in or not.

Regardless of what they attended, those opportunities are possibly once-in-a-blue-moon gatherings and nobody's opinion matters about what they choose to do in their own lives.

These are grown men we're talking about here. The important part is that they aren't doing anything that'll prevent them from playing entirely — as seen at times in the sports world.

Colorado football Shedeur Sanders and Aaron Rodgers in same conversation is huge compliment if nothing else

Adding Sanders into the talks with Rodgers is a great compliment rather than backlash-inducing, even given the subject matter. He is a Super Bowl champion after all.

There are tons of different perspectives on both players but it's best for everyone to see it from as many angles as possible — being well-informed is very, very beneficial.

Sanders is poised for another season, and it's hard to imagine that his dad will let maximum NFL draft earnings slip away from his hands. The game is arguably the foundational block of their relationship as father and son.

Let the players do so as they please; they are regular humans just like us.
