Colorado football QB Shedeur Sanders simply laughed off the double-standard he faces that Jaxson Dart doesn't after the Ole Miss QB lashed out at a fan and a notable Buffs fan on X clowned it with a fake criticism that mirrored real criticisms of Shedeur for similar actions.

It all started with a video of Dart throwing a ball at the Manning Camp and a user claiming it'd end up in a pick-six. Dart responded, saying, "Yeah okay buddy, we gon see."

The Buffs account came with a criticism many in the media would say in the same situation if it was Shedeur.

"This is a leader he shouldn’t be on the internet responding to people," the account prefaced before saying, "He should be the bigger person."

Shedeur simply posted a laughing emoji in response.

NFL teams could 'shy away' from Colorado football QB Shedeur Sanders in 2025 NFL draft

CBS Sports' Chris Trapasso claimed that teams could "shy away" from Shedeur in the 2025 NFL draft because of his attitude.

"Some teams will shy away from the son of 'Prime Time,'" Trapasso prefaced before saying, "But it wouldn't be outlandish for a franchise to embrace all of it. If we see more heat on some of his longer throws, and he continues to play poised from the pocket while intermittently moving the chains with his legs, yes, Sanders will squarely be on the No. 1 pick radar."

No NFL front office with any sense is going to pass on Shedeur for posting emojis on social media and taking shots at players who are attacking his father's program. Maybe some don't want to draft someone who expects to play right away, but Trapasso evoking "Prime Time" feels like an insinuation that being a Sanders is hurting Shedeur's stock.

If anything, it has only helped as franchises look for their next box office draw.
