Controversies engulf Deion Sanders, especially when the name Paul Finebaum is involved. However, Finebaum has no controversies to stir up after a 38-31 OT win over Baylor in Week 4 at Folsom Field.

For a change, Finebaum is now praising Deion Sanders. Yes, you read that right.

On the Matt Barrie Show, Finebaum laid out a never-seen-before side of his -- the side that is applauding what Coach Prime's Buffs pulled off against the Bears.

"That was simply beyond words what I saw there," Finebaum said when asked about the edge-of-the-seat game at the Folsom Field. "I mean they are the most entertaining team in the country."

Finebaum also gave his take on the star of the season: Travis Hunter. With his performance against Baylor, Finebaum truly believes that Hunter poised himself as a top Heisman contender with some "serious Heisman consideration."

While speaking about that, however, Finebaum and host Matt Barrie went off-track and fans got some juicy details spilled from Finebaum, clearing the air about his beef with Coach Prime.

Paul Finebaum praised Colorado football but didn't change his opinion of Buffs

Although the ESPN analyst might have thrown in a praise or two about the Buffs, he still staunchly believes that Deion and Co. have no chance of making it to the Big 12 Championship Game this season.

Finebaum wasn't buying the hype around Colorado on ESPN's "Get Up." When he was asked about Colorado's shot at the conference title, he called it to be fiction without any second thoughts.

"I'm going to say fiction. Everybody loved what we saw, it was arguably the play of the year," Finebaum said. "The fact of the matter is that the offensive line can not protect Shedeur Sanders and I think we see that continue to be a problem as the season goes on."

Well, Colorado's OL has only allowed about 16 sacks in four games so far, the worst performance being against Nebraska. The next few weeks will surely be tone-setting games for the rest of the season in Boulder.
