Deion Sanders Jr. cautious for Colorado football amid sudden surge in hype
Colorado football has been making waves with their 4-1 record, but Deion Sanders Jr. wants the fans to remain humble.
And for that, Bucky, found a perfect way to ground the fans with a tweet.
"Y’all on here don’t listen to anything these people talking about. Truthfully, we still haven’t done sh**, we still don’t deserve to be ranked, we still have a loooonnnggg way to go. They’ll build you up to break you right back down. Stay starving," Bucky posted on X, cautioning the fans that the fight isn't over yet.
Bucky's cautionary advice to his fans reminded them that it's still a long road to go since they're not seen anywhere in the top 25 teams per AP Poll.
Deion Sanders Jr. believes the Nebraska loss was necessary
Continuing his train of thoughts in the Zero2Sixty with Matt McChesney, Deion Sanders Jr. iterated that the Week 2 loss against Nebraska was crucial for Shedeur Sanders and Co. to get back to earth.
"I definitely feel the Nebraska game was necessary; it needed to happen. It needed to grind us a little bit; it needed to help not only the people on the field but, you know, the people calling the shots too, to get better doing different things," Sanders Jr. said.
Safe to say, Colorado has both: the motivational appreciator Deion Sanders, and the quick to humble everyone when things go out of hand guy, Bucky.
So far during the 2024 season, the combination is making magic.
