Paul Finebaum is a man of steel. After all, continuing the onslaught of criticism even after brutal trolling can only be done with the resilience of Finebaum. Precisely why the ESPN host is now back with a stronger comeback amid all the heavy trolling for his 'irrelevant' comment after Colorado's massive viewership numbers against North Dakota State.

"That's what it is Matt, show," Finebaum said on The Matt Barrie Show. "And it's entertaining. There are certain things in sports that we just watch."

Finebaum did not stutter even after the staggering numbers as he posed his bold question of Deion Sanders' Buffs.

"What did Colorado really accomplish other than drawing a big audience for ESPN?"

The host continued addressing the topic, explaining why he thinks that Sanders' popularity precedes his head coaching records.

"I mean it's so awkward to talk about Deion, because we both work at ESPN," Finebaum said. "I'm on some of these morning shows and Deion is just another brand like LeBron and like Aaron."

Given the charismatic swagger he brings to the camera, the popularity is a no-brainer for Deion Sanders. But is he there to grab the spotlight or coach a program? While that question awaits another comeback from Sanders, Finebaum had other sizzling issues ready to point out.

Paul Finebaum is not happy with Deion Sanders' control over the Colorado football sideline

The tirade of burning questions coming Deion Sanders' way was not yet done. This time, it was a shot at Sanders's sideline duties in their first game.

"It was an exciting game, but what concerns me more than anything else was the way Deion coached the game down the stretch. Is he in control on the sidelines? " Finebaum asked, directing his aim at Shedeur Sanders.

Even though it was just a four-yard call from the QB, it had everyone's breath hitched. Were it not for the missed depth in the Bisons' QB Cam Miller's ball, the game could have easily gone left for Colorado.

Adding further to the embarrassment, Finebaum pointed out, "At a time when you needed to run the clock out, I mean they're just firing away giving the opponent an opportunity to come back and win the game."

Even though Sanders has already lashed out at his son publically after his miscalculated move, the question remains (so do the provocations by Finebaum).

The only answer Coach Prime can give to this would be on the field against Nebraska on September 7.
