Jimmy Horn Jr. stole the show on August 29 for Deion Sanders' Colorado football program. And Terrell Owens might have to do something with the game-breaking performance.

Although an Alabama native, the Hall of Famer got to the Folsom Field before the final season-opening clash to hype the WR. Per a video shared by CBS News Colorado's Romi Bean, Owens was spotted boosting the confidence of Horn.

Although no clear words were heard, the head nods throughout the charged exchange, paired with the perfect in-sync head shake in the end were a testament enough to all the motivational words Owens passed down to Horn. The words worked wonders as Horn caught a stunning 69-yard pass from QB Shedeur Sanders to get the lead back with Colorado before the conclusion of the first half.

And it was not just Horn Jr. who was graced by Owens' words. Travis Hunter also shared an exchange with the gold-jacket owner in the first half, and we all know what followed: a strong three-touchdown performance.

But what was the HoFer doing hyping up the pass catchers during their pregame warmups on Folsom Field? Rumor has it that Owens might be on the lookout to join Sanders' coaching squad.

HoFer Terrell Owens to join Deion Sanders' Colorado football coaching staff?

Looking at the active involvement Owens showed in the first half during the sidelines, proudly donning the shades and stacked gold necklaces like Coach Prime, led to several speculating that Sanders has added another HoFer to his coaching team. After all, he's best known for it, ever since he added HoFer Warren Sapp as a GA.

Well, the words by Owens showed their magic in the first home game vs. NDSU. Even Anthony Goss of Athlon Sports perceives the move to be a hint Owens can join Coach Prime's Buffs as a staffer, working closely with the receivers.

Will he, though? Only time (and an official announcement from Deion Sanders) will tell.
