The Daily Caller's Andrew Powell believes Coach Prime can be lured away by Colorado football by a college football blue blood such as USC or Notre Dame, as well as Deion Sanders' alma mater, Florida State -- being unconvinced by Coach Prime's claim that he wanted to retire at CU.

"I’m not buying this whatsoever," Powell prefaced before saying, "If a school like his alma mater, Florida State, or prestigious schools like a USC or Notre Dame come calling (hell, even the NFL), I have a hard time seeing Deion just staying put in Boulder, Colorado. Not happening."

On many levels, this is flawed logic.

Coach Prime wouldn't leave Colorado football for FSU, and Notre Dame and USC wouldn't want to hire him

The first issue here is calling FSU Coach Prime's alma matter. As Sanders would proudly tell you, he got his degree from Talladega College in Alabama.
