It’s happening again.
Shedeur Sanders stepped on the field Monday with the second-team offense at Browns camp and reminded everyone why Buffs fans believed in him from day one.
During 11-on-11s, Sanders stepped up in the pocket, set his feet, and uncorked a gorgeous touchdown to rookie receiver Gage Larvadain. Cleveland corner Cameron Mitchell was in coverage, but it didn’t matter.
The ball was placed where only Larvadain could get it, and he made the grab for six.

Not only is that a “nice throw in camp," but it should get people noticing Shedeur doing exactly what he's always done—ball out. His poise and reaction in the pocket looks special.
Running with the twos, and rising fast
Let’s talk about the obvious. Sanders is currently running behind Joe Flacco and Dillon Gabriel in Cleveland. Kenny Pickett missed Monday’s session with a hamstring, so Shedeur was the third man in the order.
But while fans and media keep debating why he’s not getting first-team reps, Shedeur’s just out there stacking plays like these. And you can feel the momentum shifting.
Sure, it’s one throw. But he's a fifth-round pick trying to climb a crowded depth chart. One throw like that can change everything.
All he needs is an opportunity.
Myles Garrett may be wanting Shedeur as QB1
What happened after practice Friday might be even more telling.
As practice finished, Sanders stayed on the field working with center Brady Latham to clean up some bad snap exchanges—something that’s been an issue early in camp. But then, All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett walked over and started helping too.
Their franchise pass rusher is taking time after practice to invest in the rookie QB.
No words, just action. And fans noticed.
“You got your superstar, franchise, defensive All-Pro investing extra time after practice to support Shedeur,” one fan commented. “That says everything.”
So Myles Garrett stayed after practice to help Shedeur….I think I know who the TEAM wants to start https://t.co/jwf47Nelns

With Kenny Pickett sidelined due to a hamstring injury, the door is wide open for Sanders and Dillon Gabriel to make a statement. Flacco still leads in experience, but there’s a growing buzz that Sanders is the most intriguing option on the roster.
Garrett’s actions might not be on the depth chart, but they’re a powerful indicator of what this locker room is seeing: Shedeur Sanders is built different.
