USA Today's Brent Schrotenboer reports that Shilo Sanders' ongoing legal issues -- which stem from an assault charge via John Darjean, a high school security guard Shilo assaulted in 2015 -- are about to engulf Deion and Shedeur Sanders as well.

Shilo has reportedly been slow-rolling the information he's been asked to provide. Because of the lavish lifestyle he's leading, Darjean's representation is seeking additional information and now Coach Prime and Shedeur are at risk of being subpoenaed.

"A new court filing in the bankruptcy case of Colorado football player Shilo Sanders seeks to expand the investigation of his assets by seeking more information about them from his father Deion Sanders, his brother Shedeur, as well as the University of Colorado," Schrotenboer reported.

"The filing comes from the attorneys of John Darjean, the man who is owed more than $11 million from Shilo Sanders. They say Shilo has “delayed and slow-rolled the production of documents” sought by the trustee in this case. So now they are asking a federal bankruptcy judge to allow them to issue subpoenas for more information from Shilo Sanders, Deion Sanders, Colorado’s coach, and Shedeur Sanders, Colorado’s quarterback."

Shilo Sanders' NFL career can be in jeopardy over John Darjean case

Shilo is in trouble. Big, big trouble.

Darjean is clearly not relenting and his representation is hell-bent on getting their payout. While there have been issues trying to track his NIL earnings, any potential NFL contract numbers would be public.

In that case, Darjean and Co. will know exactly what Shilo will be earning from his pro football employer and would have easier means to pursue them.

This probably doesn't end well for Shilo. The Sanders family has been able to stiff-arm this issue for most of the season, but it's not going away.

Shilo, in one way or another, is going to have to pay.
