The Pat McAfee Show's Boston Connor believes Travis Hunter is destined for the New England Patriots via the NFL draft -- and believes he'll make the franchise soar as Drake Maye becomes face of the league.

"#IDontWantToOverreactBut...the Patriots are bad but Drake Maye being a future face of the NFL is undeniable," Connor prefaced before saying, "The guy is only 22 years old and he can do it all. Once Travis Hunter gets to New England this team is gonna soar."

The rest of Connor's rant was not safe for work.

Hunter ending up in New England feels more likely after he talked about wearing No. 48 for the Patriots because No. 12 is already retired for Tom Brady.

“If I don’t get No. 12, bro, I’m going No. 48. Bro, what if I go to the Patriots? I’m not gonna wear Tom Brady’s number, bro. That’s too much legacy in that jersey,” Hunter said (h/t MassLive). “I respect Tom Brady too much. I respect Tom Brady too much to try to get No. 12.”

Travis Hunter will be one of the most hyped-up rookies in NFL history

Wherever Hunter lands, "Prime Time" is coming with him. Whether Coach Prime retires into the foothills of the Rocky Mountains or continues coaching Colorado, you'll hear his takes on what Hunter's doing.

And what Hunter's doing will be the talk of the NFL after showcasing talent on both sides of the ball and being one of the most-watched stars of the past several years in college football.
