Travis Hunter may be the best player in the NFL draft, but CBS Sports' Ryan Wilson projects the two-way Colorado superstar to be selected as the No. 3 pick to the NY Giants. Heisman candidate Cam Ward and Hunter's teammate, Shedeur Sanders, went No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, to the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns.

Wilson shared some doubts about Hunter playing both sides of the ball in the pros, likely limiting his ceiling as a draft prospect.

"Travis Hunter is the best athlete -- and the best player -- in this draft class. We've had otherworldly cornerbacks and wide receivers in previous classes, but he's a twofer, able to dominate on both sides of the ball and take over games. The big question: where will the team that drafts him want him to play? And if it's, say, at cornerback, how big will be the package of offensive plays for Hunter? Because lining up for 120 snaps a game, like he's done for the Buffs, isn't sustainable in the NFL," Wilson wrote.

Shedeur was supposedly going to drop out of the top five of the draft, but since the conclusion of the NFL's regular season, he's been predicted to go in the top three again.

Hunter has steadily been projected to be in the top three, but if the Titans and Browns are hellbent on solving their QB problems, Hunter is a lock to go to the Big Apple as the best player available.

Of course, teams could be tempted to trade into the top two to land Shedeur. It may not be the Browns taking him, since Deion Sanders more than likely wants nothing to do with his son in Cleveland. Look for the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets as potential trade-up candidates for a top-two pick.
