Illinois State Redbird cornerback Teon Parks will visit Boulder, Colorado on Saturday during the Buffs Black & Gold game according to 247Sports.

In 2024 last season, Parks had a stellar season with 45 tackles, 11 pass breakups, one forced fumble and an interception.

Teon Parks is from Detroit, Michigan and attended Martin Luther King High School, graduating in 2022. Parks was a two star recruit in the 2022 class, and ranked No. 62 in the state of Michigan and rated as the No. 278 overall athlete in the class per 247Sports Composite

Even with the loss of superstar Heisman Winner Travis Hunter, Colorado is set at the cornerback position with DJ McKinney, Colton Hood, Preston Hodge and RJ Johnson, but the team is looking for some added experience and depth at the position in a pass happy conference like the Big XII.

The 6 foot 1,190 pound sophomore will have two years of eligibility remaining.

During Parks visit this Saturday, the University of Colorado will be retiring jersey No. 2 and jersey No. 12 at the team's Spring Game April 19th. Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter will both be in attendance for the event, a week ahead of the NFL Draft.
