Amid the storming rumors of Julian Lewis finally flipping to Colorado from USC, Deion Sanders is not limiting his vision to just the Carrollton 5-star 2025 QB prospect. Coach Prime's vision appears to be more broad, something like a 2025 class brimming with 5-star recruits.
This is why Sanders has planned another recruiting move this weekend by inviting top 5-star and 4-star recruits across the country at Folsom Field as they take on Utah.
Here is the list of top IMG recruits attending Colorado vs. Utah this Saturday, per No Sko Zone on X.
Five-Star LB Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng
Five-Star IOL Michael Carroll (Alabama)
Four-star DL London Merritt (OHIO STATE)
Three-star DL Alexander McPherson (OSU)
Four-star DB Amari Jones
The Buffs' 2023 recruiting class was ranked 35th nationally, and Prime is planning on getting that rank higher this season and the upcoming month. For that, the Buffs staff has been relentlessly planning on inviting top recruits to their games.
Colorado Buffaloes' recruiting power-play vs. UCF
Deion Sanders successfully pulled this recruiting "gangster sh**" during CU's Week 10 clash vs. UCF too, as he invited some top recruits like four-star offensive tackle Carde Smith -- who is currently committed to USC but is crystal balled to flip to Colorado by 247Sports' Tom Loy.
Slowly but steadily building a robust roster has been a key specialty of Deion Sanders, and also one of the reasons why Colorado is doing so well this season, after last season's 4-8 record.
While 2024's class is already solid-looking with players like LaJohntay Wester and Jimmy Horn Jr. at the helm, if CU gets Lewis and other 5-star commits, they'll be rebuilt and reloaded heading into 2025.
