Colorado might be getting back one of its top offensive weapons in a key Big 12 matchup tonight against Houston.
Earlier in the week, Deion Sanders cast doubt on Omarion Miller's ability to play this week, but one sign that Miller might be able to give it a go was pointed out by Colorado beat writer Brian Howell on X. Miller made the trip to Houston:
Omarion Miller is on the trip to Houston. Travel rosters are limited so that’s a positive sign that the Buffs think he can at least try to give it a go tomorrow night. #cubuffs https://t.co/KHDaVeozsT

According to Big 12 rules, teams may only bring 70 players to road games. With Miller being one of the 70 making the trip, it stands to reason that he's going to give it a go tonight against the Cougars.
Omarion Miller seems likely to try and play against Houston
The official designation for Miller is that he is "questionable" for the game against Houston as of Thursday night. His being with the team seems to indicate that he's going to at least warm up and try to give it a go.
Colorado needs all the help it can get. With a likely new starting QB, all the talent they can have out wide will be helpful. Miller entered the season as the expected WR1. He was the talk of spring practice and fall camp.
In the season-opening loss to Georgia Tech, Miller had the only big passing play of the game, catching a 39-yard pass from Kaidon Salter. Miller left the game with a hamstring injury and didn't return. He missed last week's win over Delaware as a result.
Colorado certainly has plenty of talent at WR, but Miller might be the No. 1 option when healthy. And with Ryan Staub expected to star, you can bet that Coach Prime's game plan will have a heavy passing attack.
Colorado's inability to push the ball down the field with Salter, and with freshman Julian Lewis not quite being ready, led to Staub entering the game last week. He made some big plays, showing how explosive the Buffs' offense can be with the right guy leading the charge.
