The City of Boulder saw several institutions attempt to recruit Carrollton star and USC commit Julian Sayin to Deion Sanders' Colorado football program.

First, it was Boulder's oldest restaurant, The Sink, naming a burger after "JuJu" Lewis.

"In honor of QB Julian Lewis’s visit, we’ve crafted Juju’s Precision Pass Burger! This double patty cheeseburger with shredded lettuce, red onion, bacon, and A-1 aioli is a game-changer," The Sink's official X account posted. "Stop by The Sink to celebrate!"

Then it was the official realtor of the Colorado Buffaloes, Laura Levy, who shared a photo of iconic Buffs superfan Peggy Coppom with a sign that says "Welcome Home JuJu."

Colorado football battling Auburn and USC for Julian Lewis's recruitment

Lewis is keeping his options open in recruitment. Even though he has three schools in mind, all three schools offer a completely different culture in their cities.

In Auburn, Lewis has an SEC school an hour and a half away. Sure, he'd be switching time zones, but Lewis wouldn't be leaving Southern culture. His social media activity may be a sign that his heart is still close to home.

USC is in the City of Angels, and Los Angeles is no college town. Lewis would be the star of the Trojans in a market dominated by pro sports. Being in the Big Ten certainly helps make USC look attractive, but it seems likely that Lewis will flip given his interest in taking visits elsewhere during those programs' major recruiting weekend.

Finally, there's the University of Colorado Boulder. Coach Prime needs someone to take over after Shedeur Sanders leaves, and his replacement may just define the second phase of the "Prime Time" era. FOX Sports' RJ Young believes Deion's fate could hang in the balance.

A big decision is coming from Lewis. If it's not Boulder, you can't say the city didn't try.
