Analyst sends hopeful message on Colorado football having multiple EA Sports College Football 25 cover athletes
Saturday Blitz's Connor Muldowney sounds hopeful about the chances of the Colorado football program having not one, but two EA Sports College Football 25 cover athletes: Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter.
"Sanders is also one of the hottest names in the sport right now," Muldowney prefaced before saying, "It wouldn't be a complete shock if he made the cover, but he also has a teammate worthy of that same recognition: Travis Hunter. Maybe we'll see the first-ever dual-athlete cover with teammates on it."
Barstool Sports' Big Tennessee pitched Coach Prime as a potential third man CU can have represented on the cover in addition to the "Grown QB" and dynamic former No. 1 overall recruit in 2022.
"I don't know if EA would go with just one of these guys or a combination of two or all three, but in terms of current players and coaches, this group definitely has the most star power," the Barstool writer prefaced before saying, "In a year where there aren't that many returning stars in college football — and the ones that there are don't have a ton of name recognition or buzz — putting someone like Travis Hunter on the cover makes a ton of sense. And then if EA wants to lean into the entire Colorado angle, you could put Shedeur and Coach Prime on there, too."
Coach Prime, Colorado football X account hinting EA Sports College Football 25 involvement already a done deal
Coach Prime posted on X that he had ideas for EA Sports College Football 25. The Colorado Buffaloes Football X account retweeted a post from Blue Blood Bias that strongly hinted that Deion Sanders being involved with the game in some capacity was already a done deal.
Buffs fans should expect the University of Colorado to be front and center for the return of one of the most beloved video game franchises ever.
Who would have ever thought that'd be the case in 2024 when the last game in the series, NCAA Football 14, game came out in 2013?
