In a shocking development, Paul Finebaum thinks negatively about the latest news surrounding Deion Sanders' Colorado football program -- condemning Coach Prime for banning The Denver Post's Sean Keeler from asking any questions at football pressers.

Whoops. My sarcasm meter broke.

Finebaum, a frequent critic of Coach Prime, called Sanders a bully and a hypocrite and claimed the Buffs coach isn't ready for prime time.

“He did this at Jackson State,” Finebaum said (h/t On3). “This is a trait of Deion Sanders. He wants to have it his way and I find him to be a bully and a hypocrite. And quite frankly, as someone who has been a fan of his throughout his entire career, even at Colorado, I am mortified by his actions.

“Coach Prime is showing he is not ready for prime time Greeny. I find this whole thing to be disgraceful. Deion may want to talk about love and joy, and that’s been the cornerstone of what he seems to be spewing out. But treating reporters like this seems like we’re in some autocratic country. This is not America, and the fact that it’s in his contract is really even more absurd.”

Deion Sanders setting Colorado football up for all-time redemption story arc

The Denver Post and CU have had a working relationship for over a century. At some point, bygones are going to be bygones and Coach Prime and Keeler are going to have a kumbaya moment at one of these pressers. After a win, of course.

It just feels beneath Sanders to carry on this petty beef indefinitely. He's in the right as it pertains to Keeler constantly calling him out and making it personal, but at some point, he needs to forgive and turn the other cheek. Keeler is just a talking head. He has no true influence over anything in Sanders' life unless he allows it.

Everyone is looking forward to Keeler going back into the background and Coach Prime focusing on his football foes and not any media adversaries.
