The Sanders family spectrum: Shedeur Sanders gets all the praise while Shilo Sanders gets all the trolls

The difference in the performance of the Sanders brothers vs. Kansas State was noticeable.

In the Sanders family, birds of a feather don't flock together. One surrendered 221 yards to the Wildcats when adjusting for sacks while the other snagged 34/40 for 388 yards and three touchdowns.

Polar opposites would be a perfect phrase for it.

Shilo Sanders' return to the field vs. K-State was a total flop. His attempts to make plays utterly failed, almost breaking his ankles and getting juked onto his knees. Furthermore, CU went 3-0 without the safety since he was recovering from a forearm injury and lost the game that Shilo Sanders played.

Coach Prime did not hold back in slamming his son for his "rusty" performance.

"I thought he played horrible," Deion said during the postgame press conference. "I thought he was rusty. I thought he didn't have his footing."

Even fans on social media are rebuking the safety, making him the center of burning trolls.

"We’re better without him…and he was a key reason for the loss. Nice kid, but should be on the bench," a fan tweeted, echoing most other fans' reaction to Shilo's performance on Saturday night.

Shedeur Sanders receiving the complete opposite treatment

Shedeur Sanders does not have to worry about the reactions, though. Despite the rather embarrassing loss, Shedeur is getting all the praise for his valiant performance last night.

CU's offense allowed more sacks than usual, and Travis Hunter and other offensive players getting injured made the QB's job tougher. Yet, Sander fought for dominance until the last minute, snagging an impressive stat line.

For the first time since their 4-8 disaster, analysts and fans took to social media to continue lauding Shedeur as "the best passer in the country," and "a potential top 5 prospect."

This is what true redemption sounds like for Shedeur.
