Following Colorado's big and mighty 49-24 win over Utah at Folsom Field, analyst Skip Bayless had a wild playoff prediction to make: Colorado vs Oregon in the playoffs.

"I just watched Deion Sanders' Colorado score 49 points on the best defense in the Big 12. Utah is one of the best defenses in the country... they got a tough game at Kansas next week, but they're going to win it. they're going to Oklahoma State, they'll beat Oklahoma State. In the finale, they are going to win the Big 12 championship. They are going to be in the playoffs as I predicted before this season started because they have two best players in all of college football," Bayless said on X.

"I would love to see them play Oregon now. I would love to see what happens in a playoff game between Oregon and Colorado because my money would be on Colorado."

Colorado might be the best team in Big 12 currently, but Oregon's been No. 1 in both the Top 25 AP Poll and College Football Playoff Rankings for weeks, not letting any team taint their undefeated reputation.

If it comes to Colorado, Dan Lanning and Co. will not go down without a war.

Could Colorado football enter the College Football Playoff Field in Week 13?

In Week 12, Colorado still couldn't make it to the top-12 seeds in the College Football Playoff Rankings, settling in at No. 17, or as it is said, in the "bubble" where another win could easily boost them into the Top 12.

Now that Colorado has another dominant 46-point victory under their belt, they are in the running to make an appearance in the top-12 teams rankings in Week 13's rankings.

They probably fall outside of it, but who would've thought we'd have this conversation in late November about the Buffs?
