Travis Hunter’s fiancé dressed him for Heisman moment against UCF
Ever since Travis Hunter struck the Heisman pose with his suave charm, he has become the toast of the town.
It conveyed his intentions to win the Heisman trophy this year, sure. But there was something else in the iconic picture of Hunter in the Heisman pose that made it all too special for him: his custom Nike cleats that his soon-to-be-wife Leanna Lenee gifted.
Hunter's less-talked-about custom Nike golden cleats gave the perfect "Boulder" touch to his Heisman pose, as they featured the classic mountains and trees skyline of the city; with the words "Boulder" and "Colorado" etched in white on them.
Elite Feet Customs, the designer of Hunter's custom cleats, shared the making of it on Instagram.
This is not the first time Hunter is sporting custom Nike cleats
Hunter is not shying away from his love for customized Nike shoes this season, and the two-way star has kicked it off right from Colorado football's season opener against NDSU.
The top Heisman prospect sported a pair of customized Nike cleats in his season opener. Hunter is wearing this piece-of-art cleat in the seventh week of the season, with the rest remaining.
Elite Feet Customs mentioned in the video that Lenne had ordered two pairs of customized kicks for Hunter. The "Boulder-themed" ones are already out, and Hunter has already made the day he donned those historic.
