Deion Sanders didn't outright say he didn't want Travis Hunter on the Jacksonville Jaguars next season, but his reaction to being asked about the 0-4 franchise certainly said a lot.

"Don't tell me that," Sanders said to Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson on the NightCap Show (h/t On SI). "Travis!"

Just because Coach Prime wants Hunter to strongly consider certain teams and avoid others, something he has denied despite being on camera showing favoritism, that doesn't mean Hunter will listen.

Sanders has every right to want to see the No. 1 recruit of his career go to the best situation possible. It just doesn't always work out that way.

Deion Sanders blessed Eagles, 49ers, Cowboys, Commanders, Ravens, Falcons as draft options for Shedeur and Travis Hunter

The New York Post's Jenna Lemoncelli recapped Coach Prime's appearance on the “Million Dollaz Worth of Game” podcast and came away seeing clear endorsements for the Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders, Baltimore Ravens, and Atlanta Falcons.

"Although Sanders did not name the cities he would prefer his sons and Hunter not play in, he agreed with the hosts that the Eagles would be a 'good fit,'" Lemoncelli prefaced before saying, "He also named San Francisco, Dallas, Washington and Baltimore as potential cities he would approve of them playing in — all of which are teams he played for during his 14-season career."

Sanders played for five of those teams. The Eagles he was directly asked about. The Jaguars are another team he's now been directly asked about and his reaction was certainly telling.
